This hard-core budget motel had a great location, less than 5 minutes to Hollywood Beach area and easy access on Federal Highway to Miami on the south and Fort Lauderdale to the north. It was within walking distance to Hollywood Ave. With several restaurants and boutique shops. It is also less that 10 minutes to upscale shopping with a Whole Foods Market and other popular retailers. The pool was clean and well maintained with lounge chairs that were comfortable and plentiful. Our rooms were very spacious with full size refrigerators and effficient air-conditioning. This is the place to stay if travelers are truly seeking a no-frills motel with rates that will accommodate a budget requiring multiple rooms.
With the exception of the beautiful landscaped pool area, the motel is extremely run-down with guest rooms furnished with old, worn, and outdated items typically found at rumage sales. Our rooms had faulty room door locks and broken bathroom window latches. Even when closed, window blinds allow views into the room from the outside. Traditional keys are used and proved difficult on the faulty room door locks and security gate locks that needed repair or replacement. The ancient air conditioners and refrigerators were extremely noisy and proved to be nightly barriers for peaceful slumber our entire visit. While the front office staff is available and accomodating, don't expect warm smiles or friendly greetings during your stay. Only the housekeeping staff seemed welcoming.

It's deluxe hotel with accommodating and amicable staff! The location of the venue in Hollywood is marvellous and nice, short walk to Close to a great Cuban restaurant as well as the outlets headboard. Also, The Big Easy Casino is at a medium distance from the venue.

My stay at Beach And Town Motel was absolutely fantastic! I was in town for a weekend getaway with my friends and we had a blast. The room was incredibly spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice flat screen TV. The tile floors gave the room a modern touch and we loved how hot the water got in the shower. The motel is conveniently located near food places, bars, clubs, and malls, making it easy for us to explore the area. Plus, it's just a 5-minute drive to the beach!
